Welcome to the Terrace Lake Village Retirement Community in beautiful Guntersville, Alabama.  Conveniently located at the foot of Sand Mountain in the heart of Marshall County, every aspect of our senior community is designed to fulfill a common goal for each Resident to have a well and active life.  However, we understand the unique needs of our Residents may change over time.  So for over twenty-five years our community has been accommodating these changes by offering a quality continuum of care and service on one campus.

Terrace Lake Village Independent Senior Living Apartments
The TLV Apartments include one, two, and three bedroom units containing all the amenities of home without the upkeep and responsibilities that go along with home ownership.  Every apartment features an emergency call light for immediate nursing assistance any time of day and meal delivery is available.  Please see the Apartment Living page on this site for more information.
        
Assisted Living at Terrace Lake Village
These large and small private studios each have their own private full bathroom.  Nursing assistance with daily living activities is provided as needed.  Other services include: delicious meals planned by a registered dietitian, fellowship and planned activities with others, as well as beauty and barber shop services.  Transportation is also provided as needed.  Please see the Assisted Living page on this site for more information.

Marshall Manor Continual Skilled Nursing Facility
A ninety-one bed facility offering trained, effective, and dedicated staff including R.N.’s and L.P.N.’s on call 24 hours a day.  At Marshall Manor, we continually implement a senior wellness program that’s geared to meet the unique physical, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and vocational needs of each Resident.  Marshall Manor’s long standing commitment to quality care is further emphasized as we proudly offer “Rehab at the Village” which is our comprehensive therapy department.  Other special features include a full-time activities staff that provides constant, planned activities and our beauty and barber shop services.  Please see the Marshall Manor page on this site for more information.
